Sincordia Ltd, Leamington’s leading internet solutions provider, has more than doubled its client-base with the acquisition of Hostzone, a specialist internet hosting company. Hostzone is the second acquisition for Sincordia in the last 18 months. In June 2007 Sincordia purchased PMH Internet Services taking its client base from 400 to 1,000. This second acquisition has now positioned Sincordia as one of the largest hosting companies in Warwickshire with a client base of over 2,000. Sincordia, who specialise in e-mail and website hosting including website design and development are now responsible for hosting over 3,500 domain names. Hostzone, which will trade under its own name, will operate separately to Sincordia. Baden Powell, Technical Director of Sincordia has been appointed Managing Director of Hostzone. Sincordia was founded in 1999 by Simon Lavin, who along with his team has built the company up into one of Leamington’s most respected and reputable internet solution providers.
